  • Border rendering not supported for final render (F12)?

It seems that the border rendering is not supported for final render (F12). Is it correct?

Hi bardo, If you are referring to Border Rendering with Ctrl + B, this feature is not currently supported in Production rendering. However, since it can be quite convenient for users, it might be a good idea for us to consider adding it in future releases.

It seems supported when [x] Crop to Render Region is on.

Ok...but I think it's better to have also that Border Rendering feature as often, at least for me, I prefer to render the same final image size with just the region rendered as it's really quick to fix some rendering in this way. Otherwise you have to manually align the render region with the background image.

Yes I know what you mean and it is usefull feature from Blender side also . Currently we can do it with V-Ray Frame buffer, selecting there Render region and render only that part, surrounding areas remains untouched.
