  • No available Floating License

Hey, i installed the V-ray beta version for blender but i cant use it because it says to me "No available floating license. All licenses are in use, contact your administrator or visit the self-service portal".

But when i check the license manage on my account it shows that i have 1 available license and 0 in use, so im not sure what to do now.

Thank you, hope you guys can help me.

We have an update to share - we've addressed an issue and updated the builds. Please review the steps required to apply the fix in this thread: https://forums.chaos.com/forum/v-ray...-license-error

Briefly, we had an issue with the login in some cases that required a fix in the builds. We've updated the build and once the update is installed, all you need to do is make sure you log out and log back in.

Simply re-login to your local license to resolve the issue.

We have an issue where some users may not be able to use the license.
We're working on finding the cause and we'll post an announcement once we have a solution.
Sorry for the inconvenience, I know this is not the best launch of the beta, but we'll do our best to fix this quickly.

                  The same problem here:

Clicking on the 'Manage' buttons leads to a page with the next error:

The solution for the floating license error has worked for me. However, when I render using V-Ray and the GPU in Blender, I get a white card render - the material colours just disappear. I'm not sure if this due to my settings or a bug.

Do you have a scene we can look at? Does it render as expected on the CPU ?
