oscar_barrero Sorry I missed your post about the version of Chaos Unified Login being different. Please disregard the request for the log. VRay for Blender apparently did not install correctly on your machine. Could you remove it from Add Remove Programs together with Chaos Unified Login and then reinstall?

Sorry, I missed your post about Chaos Unified Login being an older version. This means that that the updated version of V-Ray For Blender did not install correctly on your machine. Could you try to uninstall "Chaos Unifiled Login" and "V-Ray For Blender" from Add Remove Programs then reinstall V-Ray for Blender? After this, the version of Chaos Unified Login should be the correct one. If not, this means that you are running an older installation file.

Thats came from window console, Chaos apps were removed before installing v-ray for Blender, so they came with this installer. They are working in background

If you're still seeing the 2023.xx version of the Unified login installed, please see the steps in the first post of the thread.
We've updated the V-Ray build to include the latest version of the Unified login app. Downloading the latest build and installing it should update the Unified login. You will need to log out and log back in after installing the update for the changes to take effect.
Let me know if you're still having the same issue after updating V-Ray and logging out and logging in.

Hi Adam,

1005 is the error that hints the outdated version of the Unified login is still running on your end.
Can you please make sure of the version, see this post for reference. If yours still reads 2023.xx, please download the V-Ray for Blender build again (we've updated the build on the website to include the latest Unified login). After installing, please log out and log back in as in these steps - and this should take care of the problem.
Let me know if that solves it.

Hi Chris,

Could you check:
- the error that's printed in the console (from Blender's main menus go to Window > Toggle System Console). There should be an error printed, similar to what was reported here. Error 1005 being the common hint that something undefined is triggered by our oversight to pack the latest Chaos components.
- the version of the Chaos Unified Login installed on your end, you can check the version from Windows's Add/Remove Programs (see this for reference).

If you're getting 1005 and the Unified login is version 2023.xx, please re-download V-Ray for Blender, we've updated the build to include the latest Unified login. Install it, then log out and log back in and it should solve the issue, the steps are outlined here.

If you've already done that and you still have issues, do let us know and we'll dig deeper into this.

For me it didn't work the first time (I only saw 'Sign In' which just didn't work).

Since I've more Chaos software, seemed my Chaos Unified Login was a previous version installed like a month ago. Just uninstalling that version and reinstalling V-Ray for Blender made it all work.

Maybe worth to add it to the first post. Like if your Chaos Unified Login installation date is different than the V-Ray for Blender install date, remove the Chaos Unified Login first, than reinstall V-Ray for Blender.
