Hi, i am a beginner blender user, i use the latest nightly build of Vray, i use vrmesh files all the time with sketchup and envision, when i import my vrmesh files into blender nothing comes, i can move a dot in the scene but no preview and no render, same for ply gaussian splatting file.. It could be my lack of knowledge of course.

Hello kenancakir I'm sorry for the delayed response; I must have missed your post.
Regarding Gaussian splats, we currently do not support these types of files, but this should be included in future releases of the plugin.
As for importing .vrmesh files, there are two possible reasons why you are only seeing a dot in the viewport:- The scale of the imported proxy might be too large – You can check this by selecting the proxy object in the Outliner and pressing "." on your keyboard's number pad. This should center the geometry in your viewport.
- The Proxy preview type might be set to "None" – Ensure that the preview type is set correctly.

Hi kenancakir Thank you for providing access to the video. I checked it out and saw the issue.
You are attempting to import a .vrscene file inside the V-Ray Proxy container, which will not work. The V-Ray Proxy only supports .vrmesh files.
Currently, we have removed .vrscene import functionality to implement necessary fixes. Once these are completed, we will reintroduce it in a future release.
