Does Houdini V-ray include standalone that I can use with blender

I think other ways how I could use Vray. I know that if I buy V-Ray for Maya it includes standalone, so blender v-ray will work also with that lisence. Does anyone know if coming V-Ray for houdini include standalone too.
My main apps are blender + houdini so is maybe possible to use blender/ Vray and houdini/Vray with one license.
