If you're not sure an issue is a bug, post a question about it in the forum. If you're sure it's a bug, and especially if you already have a patch to fix it, create an issue ticket.

Currently there is building and downloading information. I just created a Revision Control command cookbook for some svn and git commands I've been using for a while. Start collecting tutorials, howtos, reference information and we will organize it as it grows.
