  • Vray HDRI addon

Original addon by Nicolas Priniotakis, I fixed it for Vray for Blender.
It creates Hemi light if there is not and add light nodetree. Use UI panel rotation for hdri image rotation, it will rotate also Hemi light.
    Intensity is Hemi light intensity.

this addon could have one improvement, if that is possible, collor brightness of image are verry dark, when intensity of light are set to 1, moast of the cases, I am using 1-2 light strength, my question is it possible to make image brigtness level independent adjustable, because I guess now it is using linear collor profile or something

Thank you, thank you, thank you!
It works great, you also have to increase the "hemi" power value to have it emit the same amount of light as the "image" value.

afecelis: it was before that way, one value controlled Hemi lamp intensity and hemi lamp hdri image intensity on 3dview.

One thing JuhaW, is it possible to add an option to turn it off in the viewport when needed? Sometimes the hdr/exr is too heavy and consumes a lot of memory slowing down viewport performance. Being able to temporarily switch it off to work fluently would be a nice addition

                    regards,
                    Alvaro

If you have many 3dviewports on the screen, it'll change all of them. Off the record, every 3dviewport has own world background settings.
