CPU different render than GPU

These were done on progressive render engine, but is the same on all engines.

The bump node was fixed for fabric in pics. This scene is from course on Lydia from Brian Bradley (Good course.) Thanks for quick response, trying to cram V_ray learning into a week for a project next week.
Also sRGB color space wasn't enabled for CPU pic, I have no exporter options in render tab>system>exporter drop down blank so I have to manually enable sRGB every render.
