  • pbr problem!

This morning I decided to give vray a chance.
The perfect light, the global lightings that a pleasure, a delight.
    But..
Then I try to pass a personal project, chan! problem with my pbr substance textures.
I try with a simple and basic exercise, susane mesh and chan! problems! problems! problems!
What am I doing wrong, or rather, what is wrong with the exporter?

    thanks

I see a bit of specular highlight in the red material in vray render that didn't exist in the substance version.
My guess is that you're using a roughness map in the glossiness slot (the're inverse). Try using a invert node and see what happens.

      Hi leandro.
      The channels are correctly connected.
In this case, it is likely to be a problem for the exporter.
      I do not know
      Thanks!

Excuse me, juhaw, I did not understand.
I'm going to download the new build. Let's see what the tide brings ...

He's saying that if you provide a simple test scene (blend file with textures) would be easier to help you.

I found something, connect IOR-node Output, not Intensity.

Well, IOR is a float texture so "grey" output should be used, not sure why you think it fixed the issue. For "metalness" to work make sure you are on V-Ray Next.
