The screen does not appear vray render

sorry for my English, I have all morning working with blender 2.56 and vray. After 3 hours doing render now I start. The screen does not appear vray render.
If I play to export tab sometimes goes out the window vray renderer. But only with the background color.
How I can fix it?
Please I need help.

The first thing you should do when you have any problems - is look into Blender log window.

"error in file "(null)", line 0: Cannot open file
c:\user\diego\appdata\local\temp\vb25\scene_scene. vrscene"

How do I fix it?

failure of my computer, the escape key does not work and do not stop the render in vray.
