And with hair particles does not work.
As I can do to make particles features?

Cloth: "Export meshes" is only for selected frame - so when you change frame you need to press "Export meshes" again (or you could try "Auto meshes" button in Exporter panel for such simple scenes).
Particle: you need to update script - this issues was fixed about a week ago.
Grass hair: hair particles support is unfinished for such cases. Use emitter with grass object like here.

No. The idea is that you don't have to reexport meshes if you don't change them. Look here for more info: http://github.com/bdancer/vb25/wiki/Usage
