  • Panorama is it possible ?

Is it possible to render a 360 degrees camera in order to create a panorama image, because I tried with 12 cameras and then stiched them together with a panorama software, but I wanted more visibility so I rendered another row but with the 12 cameras rotated slightly towards the ground for better visibility but after that I couldn't stich the 2 rows together.
So is there a way to make a panorama/360 degree image in VRay/Blender ?

Re: Panorama is it possible ?

Please try to use this way.

    1. Change the Camera mode to Spherifical
    2. Check "Override FOV"
    3. Change FOV to 360
    4. Change the Render Resolution: x:4000, y:2000 (X needs to be two times longer than Y)
    5. If the camera doesn't work, please try to change Blender Cam to V-Ray Physical Cam.

This way is working on V-Ray for Maya and 3ds Max. Right now I cannot test it on V-Ray for Blender. I'll try it later.
Normally we can use V-Ray Global Camera setting to get it. But I couldn't find the global camera setting on V-Ray for Blender yet.

    Best Regards,

10x m8 it works perfectly the way you described it (with Blender cam, didn't bother to try with VRay cam )

You could also use Box camera. Depends on panorama you need.
