VRay sun not working

I am having this problem with no reason one time it works perfectly then it disappears without any changes it just decides it needs a day off, and it never works again in the same scene no matter how many times I delete it or if I even import the geometry into a working sun scene it stops working again. What am I doing wrong

Mesh.003 (ENVIRONMENT_002) blocks sun rays.
Select this object, go to Object props, check Render, uncheck Visible to: Shadows.

10x it worked, but how come when the sun is in front of the object ?

Sun has no location - just direction, smth like as in real world sun is a far-far-away located light source.
