The format is used for vray materials for Sketchup and Rhino. Vlado has indicated that this will be supported for all versions of vray in future releases. It is not supported in any other flavor of vray at the moment though. It's a simple .xml file though, so it would be possible to re-create the material if you really want, setting by setting. (though only the vismats created from recent versions of vfsu or vfr are xml. The older versions used some other coded format.)Comment
