cannot save psd file from Vray standalone

I experimented on rendering Channels from Vray/Blender, however I cannot save a psd file from the Vray standalone - no file is created. Does anyone know a solution for this?

When I save in another format I get the various channels but not the full render (as shown in the Vray renderer) - how do I save that image?

Probably dumb questions but I can't figure it out..
