sorry for re questioning
i try to change size brightens and .. of IES at my render
but all changes is lookalike to first render

Size (shape) is stored inside the IES file itself - you can't change it except editing the file.
Intensity of IES is always in Lumens and it needs some high values to see the difference: try 1000 and 5000 for example.

Try this tool http://www.photometricviewer.com/ and you could also google for "karba ies generator" (its a tool written by some awesome russian guy).

I had the suspected that my question was hard to understand

However these images can explain what I want to tell.
There are 3 lights in these scene, from left:
- an area light (30x60 cm);
- a point light (sphere radius 20 cm);
- a IES light (define shape on, width 0.1 m, diameter 0.1 m).

as you see in the render, I can't see the IES both in the reflection and in the direct view. I see only the effect of the IES in the specular reflection of the plane (material reflection 100% with fresnel on, ior 1.6)

i try it on 3DSMax and it look like the vrayblender ies reflection
all materials and more config Similar to albereto config ( sorry for my worng (pauleto )
