Blender close when i try to render after creating material library and node template

well, i don't know whats wrong with my blender. it just close after i created my material library and one node template (for previewing texture/shadeless node). how to fix this?

Well the problem is in your local user scrips (see "import error" in console) under "C:\users\rem\appdata\roaming\blender foundation\blender\2.76\scripts\addons\Uv tool".
Try removing it and reinstalling.
