I dont know how to reproduce it and another bug thing is that sometimes under Render tab > Render > [x] Re-Export meshes disappears, checkbox and text.

@JuhaW, Check System -> Exporter -> Export: "Separate Files" - "Re-Export Meshes" could not work if this options is off.
