    Yep, really frustrating! Try adding a triangulate modifier to the mesh...

      But the mesh have no problem only bum give that strange effect with corona and cycle works fine

        Yes, it's a Vray bug. Did you try adding the modifier?

          No but im going crazy tryn to find a turnaround everytime,i, d like to create an asset to use every time without great problem,but every time it's a surprise!

            If you're having issues with the latest builds, you could try going back to the vb3 version. For production, I'm still using that since, like you say, there are lots of little things that keep cropping up in the new vb35 builds. The one I use is a December 8, 2016 build (vrayblender3-2.78-8d95665-x86_64-windows.exe)

            (I still have a 2.77 build installed because the material converter is still broken in the 2.78 builds!)

              Hi marcoz,

              I had similar issues (dark triangles) when using bump and/or normal map too.
              I don't know what "Normal Uvwgen" slot is there for, but plugging a Bounding Box Mapping on it solved my problem (note that texture mapping isn't affected by this).
              Hope it helps.
