How to use Gpu RT?

I have GTX 1080 TI GPU. From what I have read i understand that I should be able to use RT. I can't seem to find out how it's working. Any simple guide to that?

Keep in mind that GPU utilization in Blender it's not interactive, therefore it will not update any adjustment in the scene until you restart the render. You can switch to GPU rendering by going to the Properties tab, Under Render roll-out find Device option, press the GPU button and render.

Yea ok thanks. Can I use hybrid rendering yet? If I enable bith cpu and gpu in the vray device setup program?
