V-ray for blender will not render

Hi All,
New to the forum so if this needs to be in a different place please let me know

Whenever I try to render using v-ray I get a blank screen...Just blank (Picture attached)

There is no render and no VFB.

I'm using the trial version of the standalone render, I have v-ray loaded in user preferences.

Another weird thing, There is no option for v-ray with material preview in the render selection dropdown menu.

Check Blender log for errors (Blender's top menu -> Window -> Toggle System Console).

Thanks so much, I didn't have the license server installed. Didn't realize it was a separate download.
