Video motion tracking not working

The video tracking in Blender is not working since quite time ago.
Blender stops working (goes blocked) as soon as the tracking process is started by pressing the corresponding button.

Note: this issue only happens with 'Blender for VRay' builds (it works fine when using the original Blender builds without VRay)

It seems to be fixed in the latest build (vrayblender35-2.79-69f584f-x86_64-windows.zip)
