Is it legally possible to buy second hand old (before 1.5) standalone licence?

Hi!

I'm curious if it is still legal to buy from person a second hand Standalone or Maya licence, I've read somewhere that before Vray 1.5 the selling of the licenses were possible. If it is still so, does anyone have a spare old Vray in the drawer? I don't want ot get out of shape in terms of vray usage and neither the company I work for neither I own a vray, and I'm quite out of money at the moment (don't have spare 250+30 euros). So anyone (if it's legal)?

So it's ok! Great! But it is as I wrote: only versions under 1.5 are allowed to be sold, right? Any ideas where to search on the web for such a "for sale" piece? Thanks in advance!
