Instalation: Replace "preview.blend" from local user blender folder.

As local user folder do you mean this?

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.78

Or the blender installation folder?

In any case I can't find that "preview.blend" to overwrite with your.

Yes. The "preview.blend" file should go here:

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.78\config\vrayblender\

Looks nice! but the preview is obsolete in this time. In my computer, I7 and gtx 1060, yes! If take a 10 sec time, or more, for refresh in preview.
Not really helpful.
