  • Is the custom build going to match 2.79b?

    It looks like the current Blender for V-ray build is dated; it's carrying bugs that were fixed over a year ago in the mainline blender (e.g. with FBX). The header in this case is very confusing (2.79.3) as it suggests alignment with mainline blender.

    We've synchronized sources with the Blender mainline a few weeks ago. Which "year ago" bugs are you talking about?

        I don't know if VB is using this one, but this is the source revision of the official Blender 2.79b build:

          You can download the latest fbx importer from official Blender git . Click snapshot link then paste all those files to your Vray addons folder "io_scene_fbx".
          Win7 Ultimate 64bit, GTX 970, Standalone version: V-Ray Next 4.30.03,
