Export of linked Groups

When I link a Group from another blender file and put it in a scene with spacebar-key -> add -> Group, it gets ignored by the export script.
But linked objects (not as a group) get exported by the script without any problem.

Will linked Groups be implemented in further versions of the script ?

In script - no. Only in final plugin.
