  • Turn off "visible to camera" for lights?

I am not sure where to post questions...
I am trying to do the same in blender that I would do in max, turning off "visible to camera" in a light. That way, I can see it in a refraction or reflection but not when the light is directly visible to the camera.

Is there a way to do this? Making it invisible makes the light invisible both for the camera and the refraction...

    Thanks.

Thanks, but as I said, making it invisible makes the light invisible both for the camera and the refraction.

I would like it to be visible for the refraction, just not for the camera. So, if the light is behind a glass, it would appear in the refraction.

This is currently not possible. You could fake it with some light material, and then turn off visible to camera.
