Mantaflow build with vray, is it possible already?

I found blender build new liquid and smoke simulator that is gonna be in the 2.8 version. It seems pretty awesome compared to the old simulations. Could it be integrated with the vray version already ? It seems to be pretty damn awesome.

It is not in the road map yet.
