Trouble with Displacement Maps

Hello,

I am a long time Vray for Rhino user, but have recently been getting into C4D for time based animations. I am wanting to work with displacements maps in VRAY 5 but am having trouble finding where to access them in the material editor? I am trying to apply a displacement map to a single plane to create a 3D topography effect. I could really use some help, thank you!

Hi, you need to add a Vray geometry tag, from there you can select the displacement map, manage the settings, and choose the material for the projection.

if you need help with anything please feel free to look in our Documentation for more information. You can also Right mouse click on any V-Ray parameter and choose "Show Help" which will also forward you to the documentation page of that parameter.
