Thanks! I can confirm that VDB is now being rendered using Chaos Cloud, but there still seems to be an issue.
The ground texture is not rendering for some reason ...
PLS see attached, one local rendering, one cloud rendering..
    (Clean Floor is cloud rendering)

I've reported this to our Cloud team, and they will look in to it. I'll update you when we have any progress on this one.

          Hello haniel1107 ,

Upon checking your scene I found out that the issue is caused when the textures are loaded with the native Cinema4D shader and motion blur is enabled in the V-Ray Physical camera settings.

We will log this in our internal bug tracking system and will keep you updated.

Until then, as a workaround you could load the textures through VRayBitmap or disable the motion blur.

Hello, I took a look again this file which crashes at rendering. I created new smoke tried it again, but it still crashes.
Then I tried Hybrid Cuda rendering with activated 2x2080 Ti and 3990x CPU. This rendered well without any crash.

              Just liked to report this...

I have a scene (animation) which I tried to render on Chaos Cloud and on Rebus with different results and both wrong.
Some textures didn‘t apply correct, some did, but randomly. I could fix it with VrayBitmap container.

I rendered the scene always without Motion Blur.

Any idea, or is it something known?

This seems to be happening when using native Cinema4D shaders and rendering animations. Using V-Ray shaders seems to be resolving the issue. We are aware of this and we will let you once we have more information. Thank you.

Does anyone use Fume FX? I can't seem to export in a way that Vray will recognize. Been rendering all particles in Physical render.

Hey, are you exporting vdb or f3d files from Fume? If you are using f3d, you have to use gzip compression from the Fume options.

If you are exporting vdbs or f3d with gzip and they don't show up, can you attach just one single cache file here so we can check what's up? Even a very low-res cache will do.

                      Thank you!

                        Hello haniel1107,

Please note that this issue is now fixed and you will need to download and install the latest version of the Client App. You can do that from here.

You can also check what is new in the Client App version 1.13.0 here.
