Using Mograph to Create a Transparency Effector. Can this be done in V5?

This tutorial shows how to use the alpha channel to drive transparency in a Mograph plain effector. But there's no Alpha channel in V5 ! Can this still be done somehow?

At the moment the MoGraph Color Shader is not supported by V-Ray 5. I have added a feature request for that and will let you know once we have any updates. Could you please tell me what version of Cinema4D you are currently using?

Thanks for the information. Was able to use a work-around solution. Would be nice if MoGraph Color Shader could be supported in V5. I'm currently using R23 on a Mac. Thanks again.
