  • render in VFB with 32bit and in Photoshop automatically with corrected gamma

1.why is the interactive renderer brighter than the final renderer in VFB. 2. earlier in Vray3.7 you could render in 32bit with multipass and in Photoshop the gamma was corrected. Why not now? and please where do you set it so that it is correct again. Sorry but finally bring a few tutorial so that one sees the new workflow for you it is perhaps logical but if one has worked for years differently it is not always quite clear why it does not work again!
    Thanks for the help

    Hello alex_obrist,

I apologize for the delayed reply.

why is the interactive renderer brighter than the final renderer in VFB.
Please note that if you have “Auto exposure” and “Auto White Balance” options enabled in the Overrides tab in the render settings these will not be applied when rendering with Interactive and this could be the reason for the differences.

earlier in Vray3.7 you could render in 32bit with multipass and in Photoshop the gamma was corrected. Why not now?
Which is the exact version of V-Ray for Cinema4D which you have installed? Also, could you please share a test scene where this is reproducible so we can have a look?

We are planning on producing short video tutorials which will cover the new workflows in V-Ray 5.
