Black Render

Hey Guys!

Been running into what may be a bandwith issue or something. When our file size is too large and or it's rendering on too many machines, the render comes out black. We have a video and can share the scene. We never had this in 3.7 but this problem did start showing right when we started using 5 back when it was released. Looks like it's now more forgiving, but for some of our scenes, not forgiving enough. Thanks so much! Please let us know how we can help

We did try updating to the latest Vray and had the same problem.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing such issues! Can you clarify a bit here on 'too large' or 'rendering on too many machines', i.e. does this depend on the resolution, on how many machines does it start to behave like that? Do you get any warnings or errors in the log?

Is it project-specific, or does it happen with all of your files? Still, might be best to forward us a scene which we could test in our environment to see if we are able to reproduce this (you might upload the video as well). Make sure to mention this thread in the form subject. Much appreciated!
