Vertex Map

Hello,
does anybody know how to use a vertex map in Vray5? Let's say two different colours/textures on an object with vertex map?
Would be much appreciated..

Currently, the Vertex Map Works only with the Vertex Color Tag. It is in our to-do list to get the Vertex Map to work with the Vertex Map Tag as well. (Issue number: VC4D-530) I will let you know when there are any updates about this issue.

As mentioned in the announcement post, with V-Ray 5 Update 1.1 for Cinema4D we have added support for the Vertex Map tag. You can access the builds from our Downloads section.

sorry for hijacking this,
currently working with 3.7. how do I get the vertex color tag working with Vray? I cant find a vray shader that would use that as an imput?

Hello folklore,

Please note that the Vertex Map and the Vertex Color tags don't work correctly in V-Ray 3.7. This has been fixed in V-Ray 5 and we now support both the vertex map and the vertex color tags.
