    I try to track down what ChaosGroup is doing/fixing/changing and working on.
    Btw: You are working hard. Almost everyday there are nightlies. I try to keep up, but miss a lot I think. This is the first shot. Pls help me keeping this updated.

    Inofficial Open bugs/incompatibility/knowledge to fix/to mention:

    GENERAL:
    • The more Renderinstances there are in the scene, the longer V-Ray takes to start the rendering itself

    V-RAY CLIPPER:
    • Meshmode is not supported in GPU-Mode
    • V-Ray Clipper seems to be a opacity-"trick", not really clipping like a boole-operation. So it considers opacity-level-limits set in -> Rendersettings -> V-Ray -> Overides -> Max. Transparency Levels
    MOTION BLUR:
    • Theres a bug, where only one frame is rendering motion blur. Chaosgroup is currently investigating this issue

    V-RAY FRAMEBUFFER:
    • To Scene Button of LightMix: Chaosgroup is adding this in future releases
    • Framebuffer Layer are coming back although being deleted before.
    • Framebuffer Layer changing weirdly when changing scenes
    • Framebuffer Layer are missing when reloading scenes or between Cinema Versions

    INTERACTIVE RENDERING IN VFB:
    • Some things are not updating when changing while Framebuffer is running in interactive mode. For example:

      - Round Edges in materials are not updating
      - V-Ray Clipper is not updating correctly
    • Some geometry-updates freezes Cinema 4D

    MATERIALPREVIEW:
    • Sometimes stuck or not changing at all
    • Viewport-Display still not interpolated after 3.7
    • loading materials are slow
    • NEW: when updating a lot of materials, V-ray eats up all your memory. You have to close cinema and reopen it to release the Ram which is used and not released by material preview

    V-RAY CAMERA:
    • V-RAY Pinhole Camera in Camera Rendersettings are not matching with Cinema 4D Camera (while this work on V-Ray 3.7)

    V-RAY MATERIALS:
    • V-Ray GPU: Transparency-Limit is set to 16. Everything above that value renders wrong. In CPU you can set a value above 16. Chaosgroup is working on that issue
    • Translucency not supported in GPU
