Can anyone point me in the direction of some decant Vray 5 ready vehicles please

Obvious first stop is Cosmos, which has a selection of reasonable quality ones.
Rather depends on how you're showing them and therefore what quality can be
tolerated

Cosmos is not available on Cinema4D
Unfortunately I do not know about high quality cars made specifically for C4D/Vray5. Your best bet is to buy a good car model and rebuild shaders from scratch, unless you need closeup shot usually you just need to pay attention to a few shaders (carpaint, wheels, headlights).
