Currently, V-Ray Aerial Perspective is not implemented in V-Ray 5 for Cinema4D. However, this is on our to-do list and will be added in a future update of the plugin. I will update this thread once we have any additional information. Thank you.
I would like to let you know that our developers have implemented V-Ray Aerial Perspective and you can enable it from the Aerial Perspective tab in the V-Ray Sun as shown here. This is now available in our latest stable build which you can download from here.
Please note that our documentation reflects the official releases and the aerial perspective will be added there with our next official release.

You can do that by again adding a V-Ray Sun to the scene, enabling the Aerial perspective, and disabling the sun from the General tab. Please check this video.
