How to create iridescence Textures on V-RAY?

is it possible to use a iridescence Material with V-Ray?
I Tryed to do something like the image but didnt work, I also try with Refract Thin Walled but again didnt work.
So if anyone could help I really would appreciate

Here is an example, there are 4 setup in the scene, it's completely procedural so you can tune everything.
If you want something more specific you need to provide some detailed reference of the real material
