  • Motion Blur on a Still?

    Hi Forum,

what settings do I need to see Motion Blur on an still Image?
I'm trying to make some stills with a Helicopter but I can't see any Motion Blur.

    Thanks

    Hey, Rick,

There are a few options, but in your scene, I recommend using a V-Ray physical camera. Within the Motion Blur Tab, you should enable the motion blur option and change the Rolling shutter option from disable to top-bottom, etc. The motion blur is visible in the bucket mode or final render. You can control the blur option via camera aperture option such s shutter speed or artificially by adding V-Ray object properties to moving objects and enable override motion blur samples.

    Cheers,
