VRayNoiseTex is a texture for noise in V-Ray for 3Ds Max.
Are you referring to VRayNoiseMax texture? Please, be aware that the texture is currently unavailable. However, it can be used with V-Ray Node Materials.
Would you let us know why do you want to use this specific texture and not the Cinema 4D's Noise texture?
Please be aware that the VRayNoiseMax Node texture is available for use.
