C4D VRay on Mac Studio Crashes when opening big files

Not sure if it's a VRAy or C4D failure. I switched from an iMac to a Mac Studio Ultra - now, when I open old scenes, the file crashes ... ??? Also if I start downloading all assets.

Make sure you're logged into the License Server (Open your browser and go to http://127.0.0.1:30304)

Can you share more details about the crash?
- OS
- Cinema 4D version
- V-Ray version
- a crash dump file (see how to collect the file here)

Cinema 4D version 2024.1.0
V-Ray version: the latest build

Also Cosmo Assets won't download - I am connected to the server.
I am not allowed to upload the spin dump file here.
