Help Update Vray problem

Good morning
I updated vray (vray_adv_62000_c4d2023_x64)
and I no longer have vray in C4d.

The vray renderer no longer exists.
Same in extensions

Hi azeofmars, can you share your exact version of Cinema 4D? Also it would be helpful if you could check for any error messages in the console, that might have been reported when V-Ray was loading.

I just installed c4d 2024 ''Cinema4D_2024_2024.2.0_Win''.
I downloaded vray ''vray_adv_62000_c4d2024_x64''.
And it's impossible to install true. Here is the message

Hi azeofmars , given the screenshots you provided, I think the problems you have are the following:

For the Cinema 4D 2024 version - the error dialog from the installer indicates that you have a broken download, so you should try downloading the installation anew and this should fix the problem.

For the Cinema 4D 2023 version - since V-Ray 6.10.01, we require update 1 of Cinema 4D (so you should update your Cinema 4D to version 2023.1 or newer, it would be best to use 2023.2.2). Sorry for the caused inconvenience, the minimum required version of Cinema 4D is listed in the download page here, and may be easily missed.

You can try updating Cinema 4D via the Maxon One app if their website doesn't work for you.
