VRay Luminaire doesn't seem to be working？

This is the model I downloaded from Cosmos. Enabling and disabling Luminaire doesn't help with the results. Does Luminaire have a lighting effect? If I enable Luminaire alone, the scene will be completely black without any lighting effect

You can see that my previous path contained Chinese, so Luminaire did not load successfully. Changing it to English will load it successfully, and now it can be used normally without any problems
