Urgent Please- 3.7 Licence is deactivated

My 3.7. is deactivated since 13. Jan. How can I get my 3.7 Licence back.

I need it urgently for a project, as Vray5 is useless for now...
What do I need to do?

Fixed...
I called the support by phone, the issue was both Vray's were open. 5 & 3.7
Didn't know ...

Hello I have vray for many years Version 3.7 works fine for me in production while waiting for v5. But today I can't use it ???? I will buy v5 when it works properly in production but for the moment I have to finish projects in 3.7 HELP

When I am right, you have to buy Vray5 and your 3.7 Licence will work again. I think you have to submit to that ..
