Hair Broken with hotfix 3

It appears hotfix 3 breaks hair, and hair will not render properly on the geometry but in offset locations and rotation.

Using Vray GPU. I've attached a sample scene.

This is a known issue (bug ID: VC4D-668 ) that has already been reported to our developers. I will make sure to mention this thread and will let you know once we have more information. Thank you.
