    Hi,
    really great release with update 1 and some nice new features!!!

    I hope you can now fix a few bugs from the bug list.
    Clearly everyone has his own wish list of what gets fixed first.
    My personal priority is currently the inexplicable long render times for animations and the obligation to use vraybitmaps on render farms. .

    But you are also currently holding back third-party providers.
    Such as rebusfarm, they cannot render motion blur. Just as anima.
    All are waiting for solutions or sometimes even for an answer from you.

    Can you tell us what is planned for the near future?
    I know the near future is relative. Let's say for July / August ..?

    Like to ask again, if you can say, when there will be fixes for anima and rebusfarm… so that they can offer full support for vray5?
    As Vray5 is now 7 months official…

        Hi haniel1107, we are constantly working on both fixes and new features, which will both be provided with regular updates in reasonable time frames. As our priorities shift constantly, we have an exact plan only for new features. The problem with motion blur with command line render is one of our priorities and we are looking into it.

        My personal priority is currently the inexplicable long render times for animations and the obligation to use vraybitmaps on render farms.
        There is no obligation for the VRayBitmap usage and you can freely and interchangeably use the native bitmap.

        Can you clarify what do you mean by

          Hi Deyan, thanks for responding.

          For the full bandwith and to serve clients needs it is important sometimes to use third party, like anima or the possibility to use another renderfarm than Chaos Cloud, which is quite expensive and takes to long to upload large animations...
          And after 7 month official release, it should be priority at some point...

          Regarding the need to use VrayBitmaps on renderfarms is discussed already long time ago here:

            The problem with VRayBitmaps on Chaos Cloud was partially resolved - they should now render fine if you don't have animated filename for the bitmap. For the complete fix, a new version of the Chaos Cloud Client is expected in the near future.

            Regarding local rendertimes on Animations is your internal code: (VC4D-932)
            Therefor I have sent a scene and Aleksandar could confirm the bug.
            Unfortunately, we did not have time to investigate this, but I'll raise its priority and we may look at it soon.

                I read :V-Ray doesn't render motion blur with command line with frame overrides; (VC4D-987)

                Is this the bugfix for rebusfarm and anima? This would be great...

                  Hi haniel1107, yes this would be the fix for Rebusfarm. I am not sure if the problem with Anima is related to this issue, but I will investigate further if it is still present.

                        We are planning it to be soon, although I can not give you exact date. It is highly probable it will be in the next two weeks.
