VFB freeze while saving issue

Hello...after updating to the 1.4 version of Vray (i am using cinema 4 d r 23) i am facing a huge problem..i cannot save the current channel in the v ray VFB..after clicking the save icon or the file icon Cinema 4 d freezes......attached the capture of it...
Is there any solution to this?

I have also noticed that when the passes and time are displayed the issue is not present, but when passes and time are not dispayed Save result in freezing the software...hope i am making sense...(attached two captures)
