    Hello Doger,

Thank you for highlighting this for us.

It seems to be a bug and I have reported it to our developers (bug ID: VC4D-1269) for fixing. I have also linked this thread to the report and I will keep you posted on the progress. Thank you!

      Hey Doger,

It seems weird indeed but could please check the animation setup added to the attached scene with animation and etc. I think something in your camera setup is causing this behavior.

      Cheers,

          Hi Boyan,

this works but you are moving the camera and not switch between different cameras.

Maybe there is a problem with the stage object working 100% with vray?

            Hi Doger,

It's unlikely this issue to be caused by the camera as we also managed to reproduce it without having a camera in the scene. I have passed the collected information to our developers and I will keep you updated if we have more information. Thank you.

              Hey, Doger,

I found a workaround for your task/s, It is a little bit slow as steps but is working. You will need to export manually the vrscene file and next to render with V-Ray Standalone in that case the behavior is not reproducible based on my tests.

Check the attached file for steps.

              NEXT RENDERING WITH VRAY STANDALONE:
              On Windows PC : Press "WIN + R" -> type "cmd" and press Enter. Next -> Find location of your vray.exe file by default for Cinema r25 is located here: C:\Program Files\Maxon Cinema 4D R25\plugins\V-Ray\res\libs\win64\vray.exe;
Select the exe file and drag and drop it to CMD. Next add sceneFile e.g ["C:\Program Files\Maxon Cinema 4D R25\plugins\V-Ray\res\libs\win64\vray.exe" --sceneFile=path_to_you_vrscenefile] -> Press Enter

              Cheers,

I'm also having this problem. After 1 frame the object that's supposed to be clipped just disappears. Rendering with Vray Standalone isn't an option since we need to do this on our farm.

                    Hello RwVision,

                    Apologies for the delayed reply.

I have additionally increased the priority of this issue but I cannot provide any specific timeframes for when it will be fixed.

I will let you know as soon as we have any updates on the matter.

                    Thank you for your understanding.

                      Hi aleksandar.kasabov,

have you already been able to make progress on this problem? Since this error has already been fixed in the V6 Beta.

                        Hello Doger,

The issue has been fixed in V-Ray 6 Beta and we will see if it will be easy to pick it in the V-Ray 5 stable builds. I will let you know if we do that. Thank you.
