I have not used VRay for a while but have paid for 12 months now so best get stuck in. Where do I add a displacement map on a VRay material (not a node material).

So how would I go about adding displacement to a Chaos Cosmos material? Do I just load the vrmat into the displacement channel as this does not seem to be working when I try it. Thanks in advance.Comment

You don't apply the displacement to the material but to the desired object. You need to enable the displacement in the Geometry tag and add a texture to it. Let me know if that helps.Aleksandar Kasabov
