C4D - Mac Ventura - V-ray material editor - application not responding

Hi, I've installed the latest (2023) V-ray plugin to Cinema 4D 2023 on my Mac which has Ventura OS (3.1 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7) - when creating a new v-ray material the material editor preview is blank (see attached picture) and the program becomes unresponsive. This also happens when editing an existing v-ray material from an old file. I've tried installing vray to r26 and r25 also (with the corresponding v-ray plug-ins) and I'm having the exact same issue. Have tried installing the same on another newer machine (with M1 chip, which has Ventura OS) but am also has the exact same issue. Is there a comparability issue with Mac Ventura at the moment? Please help!

Fixed this, the log in Items for vray, in system preferences were turned off by mistake! Working ok now!
